The Benefits of Reiki….creating calm, balance & wellbeing

In today’s busy world, many of us spend so much time looking after everyone else that we forget to look after ourselves. Stress, overwhelm, anxiety and emotional exhaustion can slowly build up — often leaving us feeling disconnected, drained and out of balance.

This is one of the reasons I was personally drawn to Reiki.

My own health journey led me down the path of holistic wellbeing, and discovering Reiki completely changed the way I viewed rest, healing and self-care. It created space for me to slow down, reconnect with myself and find a greater sense of calm — which is why I’m so passionate about sharing it with others today.

What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice designed to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing and balance. Originating from Japan, Reiki works by helping to restore the body’s natural energy flow.

During a Reiki session, many people experience a deep sense of calm and relaxation. Some describe feeling warmth, tingling sensations, emotional release or simply a feeling of peace and stillness.
