I’ve been reading up on Reishi mushrooms for a while now as a few people have mentioned the difference Reishi can make, particularly if you have trouble sleeping, suffer with fatigue, anxiety, stomach ulcers and the mushrooms are also great for boosting your immune system.
I add a spoonful of the Reishi powder to hot milk in a mug (I have hemp or coconut milk) and add cinnamon, this is best to drink at night as this really does help with sleep. You can also add the powder to smoothies and soups or simply just add hot water. Over the years I have tried many different methods to help to combat anxiety and to get a better nights sleep. Reishi helps me sleep and also relaxes me big time, I use the organic Reishi powder which I buy from GreenLife online or you can buy it in health food shops. Reishi has been used in China for over 2,000 years so we are only slightly behind!
