Reach for the Cinnamon not the sugar!

Cinnamon is soooooo good for you. Here’s why:

– it can lower & regulate your blood sugar levels
– it can reduce heart disease risk
– it can suppress your appetite & speed up metabolism
– it can lower your cholesterol
– it can aid your digestion and also help with diabetes
– it helps to blast fat!

A great idea for a mid morning or afternoon snack, sprinkle some cinnamon on a banana. Or add a few sprinkles to your smoothie, hot drinks or porridge. It also gives you that sweet taste if you have a sweet tooth and get cravings. Enjoy! xx
