Apparently if you take a tablespoon of collagen powder once a day in a smoothie, it can help line and sooth your digestive tract. Whilst also helping to sooth achy joints, it improves the overall look of your skin and is high in protein. If it’s going to help sooth my stomach and achy joints, whilst making me look ten years younger then job done! I’m sold! I’ve started to add a tablespoon to my morning smoothie every morning, it doesn’t taste of anything and makes the smoothie thicker.
