When I gave up dairy it took me a while to find a tasty alternative. At the time there were only really soya milks available, which are gross! My two favourites are Hemp milk, this tastes delicious and is made from hemp seeds soaked in water which gives a creamy taste, it’s also really high in vitamins and nutrients. You can buy it unsweetened or sweetened. Plenish have also started a new range of nut milks, these are unsweetened, organic, made with filtered water and sea salt, I love the hazelnut milk one. Most of the supermarkets stock both of these, or you can buy from health food shops. They taste gorgeous in smoothies or porridge, yum! Xx
